Robot Lamp

Recently found this interesting robot lamp was only costed $15 in ebay. I thought it was quite fun to have one in the desk so I ordered one like a week ago. The item came yesterday and totally took about a week and a half for it to arrived, so is kind of long. The overall quality of this lamp is ok, though it has some flaws on the stand; but other than that everything is in great condition. However, all those little flaws on the stand are really not a big problem, the real important thing is this lamp is hella fun. The robot has numerous movable joints which allow the robot to make various poses, so you can use your imagination to create as many creative poses as you want. Moreover, the robot has two hands, the left hand is a clip and the right hand is a holder thing that you can make adjustment of. So if you are interested in this lamp you can type “robot lamp” in ebay then you can find the item. I just checked the price today and the price has drop to $12.99 including shipping. (Note, I am not making a advertisement here, I just want to share this lamp with you guys.)

Human Washing Machine

Read a very interesting post from Kirainet today about the Human Washing Machine, which was invented in the 70s by Sanyo. It only takes around 15 minutes to finish one bath includes a massage. This product only showed in the Expo for an exhibition and did not really make it to the market for sale. Even though this machine seems very big and would not be able to fit into many households, it is a great product for the lazy people to take a nice clean bath without really moving yourself around. Personally I very like this machine since I am a very lazy person indeed.

“Thumb” Drive

When we talking about thumb drive, we do not really mean a drive in a thumb or anything to do with thumbs. However, this gadget is a “real” thumb drive. I do not know is this a cool gadget or not since different people like different things, so you decide whether or not this a good gadget for you to use. This drive has the storage of 2GB, and costs $20 U.S.

Foot Massage Vending Machine

Sega (yes the company that makes video games), made this foot massage vending machine. So whenever you feel like to have some foot massage in the malls or some other public places in Japan, you can put some coins (100Yen for five minutes) in and have a foot massage. Great idea?

Wooden Mirror

Source Environmental Graffiti

This mirror was made with wood, but can reflect like a mirror.

“Created by Daniel Rozen this incredible wooden mirror is made up of 830 tiny wood each controlled by a small motor. A camera gathers light and shape data and sends it to a computer which then shifts the panels to create the image in front of the device. The can’t provide a detailed image but still it’s pretty cool to see and hear those little wooden pieces move and mimic everything you do” Oddity Central.

A Gadget That Can Cool Your Back and Butt

A Japanese company named Kuchofuku, invented a cushion that can provide 170 liters of cool air at the bottom through the built-in fan Per minute, so your back and butt will stay cool during the hot day. Because the company want people to feel the benefit of this gadget wherever people set on, the company created three different versions of this cushion. The first one is the standard version which was made by Super Spacer material, and built-in battery; the second one is the High Grade version which was using double Super Spacer material, and built-in touch sensors switch and battery; the last one is for the car seats. People can purchase this “helpful” gadget online now for U.S $89.00. For me, this gadget seem great but in fact it is stupid. Why should people buy this thing for $89 but not a cheap, big, powerful, and cool fans that they can get easily in Walgreen, Best Buy, etc. New invention is great but do not invent something that is useless, pointless, and most importantly expensive. If this gadget only cots $10 to $20, I might give it a try.

Source from Japan Trend Shop, also you can buy this gadget in there.
